Doing Some government work today

When I was younger, “government work” meant sneaking your own project into the workday.

Today it means programming, machining, inspecting, and shipping parts for an actual government customer.

Somehow less rebellious, but the paperwork is definitely more impressive.

Current project: machining components for a local correctional facility.

As always, we’re proud to support local institutions with precision-machined components made right here in Belleville.

A special thanks to Wayne for the craftsmanship on this run. The finish came out so smooth and reflective that we’re pretty sure the inspection process now includes checking for fingerprints and admiring your reflection.

Check back in a couple days to see the completed order. We’re just getting started.
