We remain proudly based in Belleville, Ontario, committed to quality, continuous improvement, and long-term customer partnerships.
CEO
I purchased the business in 2018 after 11 years working in the shop, gaining a deep understanding of its operations and customers.
With 36 years of machining experience and a Red Seal certification in General Machining, I bring extensive hands-on expertise and a strong commitment to precision and quality to every project.
I am highly skilled in CNC Lathe and experienced in both CNC Mill and Swiss-style Lathe, with experience in both high-volume production and low-volume custom work, including tight-tolerance projects in ISO-regulated environments. Trained in GibbsCAM software, I focus on efficient programming and reliable results.
Customer service and on-time delivery are at the core of how I operate. I value clear communication and long-term relationships, and I take pride in meeting deadlines without compromising quality. I am actively involved in the community and believe in running a business that reflects professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to the people I serve.
Foreman
With 37 years of hands-on machining experience, our foreman brings a high level of skill, precision, and consistency to every job. His background includes extensive experience with multi-spindle automatic machines, CNC Swiss, CNC mills, as well as manual mills and lathes.
He specializes in tight-tolerance work and understands the demands of both prototype and high-volume production environments, where accuracy, repeatability and efficiency are critical. Proficiency in GibbsCAM software further supports efficient programming and streamlined production.
He holds a Red Seal certification as a General Machinist along with a ticket as an Automatic Machinist. In addition to his technical background, he has completed 5S Kaizen training and has served as an ISO internal auditor, giving him a strong understanding of quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement.
