PROTOTYPING

SWISS STYLE MACHINING

The Hanwha XD38II-R Swiss lathe delivers exceptional precision and repeatability, making it ideal for higher volume machining applications. Engineered for accuracy, it consistently maintains tight tolerances across complex parts while supporting bar capacities up to 38mm in diameter. Its advanced design enables superior surface finishes and reliable performance, even in demanding production environments where precision is critical.

CNC Turning

The Doosan Puma 240M lathe combines power and precision to handle a wide range of machining applications with confidence. Designed to deliver consistent accuracy and excellent surface finishes across complex parts. With a bar capacity of up to 3.0″ in diameter, a 10.0″ chuck, and a maximum machining length of 16.0″, it offers the versatility to efficiently produce both short and medium length components while maintaining high precision throughout production runs.

The Haas VF-3 CNC milling machine, equipped with a 4th axis rotary indexer, delivers outstanding accuracy and repeatability for complex, multi-sided machining. It is built to ensure precise dimensional control and excellent surface finishes across a wide range of materials. With a generous 20″ x 40″ table capacity, it accommodates larger components while the 4th axis capability enables efficient indexing for intricate parts.
